If you don’t receive an email, or the sign up prompt repeats each time you open the Flex app, you have not completed sign up!

So you obviously know that signing up and even knowing if you are actually signed up is super confusing otherwise you wouldn't even have this questions as an option to choose - No other company I have ever dealt with has a question in the FAQ's of
"I’m not sure if I completed signing up, how do I know?"
This question is here because this has been an issue enough that you added it to FAQ's rather than just changing your super confusing process. Great first impression for a new customer. If this is how it's run though, this few hours of frustration just trying to something as simple as LOGGING IN, probably saved me from from future stress and anxiety that I'm sure would follow IF I had ever even been able to log in......Too good to be true usually is.

Literally sign in keeps telling me my phone number is invalid and takes me to an unusable safari page that’s blank. I don’t understand how I am supposed to sign in if it won’t send me a verification code?
