The app is not functioning properly. I have been using Flex almost 3 years now. But I now have a new phone and number so I needed to update. I downloaded app and it’s only instructing me to start a new account. I am unable to log in as an existing member. I need help asap. My last payment for the month is due now! Please assist!
The app just shows a blank page on my iPhone. I get An error saying “Whoops! We couldn’t send a message to this phone number. Please try again by entering a valid phone number.”
-this is my only phone number. Please help, I am unable to login to my account.

Same as Jerome but I have an iphone13 and it’s says error after entering phone number

Can’t sign in, blank page with an error. Not the only one with this issue. Please fix it soon, we need to access for this coming rent.
I had to uninstall the app, then it worked to send a code to my phone. I was able to login.
