This keeps running and will not sync . I have gotten acceptance the money is in my account. How do I know if this went through. The app is not user friendly
I really need to talk to someone. Either through email or phone. I don’t care. I need to confirm my account is canceled. It did not live up to expectations and hasn’t paid my rent for me. I also have not been charged by them yet so I believe there is still time. Please help.
I don't have a flex account - this was even confirmed in my first message - that my info isn't in flex..yet I've been charged over 2000$ in April for someone. I have sent in not only proof of the transactions posting but proof that the card belongs to me - and NOONE ever answers an email. One would think someone coming to a corporation trying to figure out why I'm being charged - to prevent any upcoming future charges - and to get the money back would be a matter of at least some urgency. How does one connect with someone if they never answer emails?

The Mobile App for iPhone is not working. My debit card was compromised and I have a new card number but the App has the settings option grayed out and will not allow me to select it. I received multiple emails for different Flex groups and associates - Each one keeps telling me my payment is late - then we go into the whole delete the app and reinstall it, make sure my iPhone is on the current version, etc....I've done all of that about 6 times. Finally had one person (Airelle) tell me she sent it over to the tech team and they would get back to me ASAP. It's been 10 days and I still cannot get a response. I've ask multiple times for a contract phone number for someone with Flex that could add my debit card to my account since the App is not working and this website is useless. I DO NOT want a negative impact to my credit because Flex's App and Website are useless and no one in customer service really provides any service. Picture below of the app on my phone
My payment was taken out after a payment was already sent. I also received a text from Flex stating they see rent was already paid and they would not be taking out a payment. I need my money put back into my account immediately to ensure that the rent will be able to be paid.

How long does it actually take to hear back from someone for an inquiry of over 2k worth of fraud. Like does anyone even work here?
