I have sent in not only proof of the transactions posting but proof that the card belongs to me - and NOONE ever answers an email. One would think someone coming to a corporation trying to figure out why I'm being charged - to prevent any upcoming future charges - and to get the money back would be a matter of at least some urgency. My debit card was compromised and I have a new card number but the App has the settings option grayed out and will not allow me to select it. I received multiple emails for different Flex groups and associates - Each one keeps telling me my payment is late - then we go into the whole delete the app and reinstall it, make sure my iPhone is on the current version, etc....I've done all of that about 6 times. Finally had one person (Airelle) tell me she sent it over to the tech team and they would get back to me ASAP. It's been 10 days and I still cannot get a response. I've ask multiple times for a contract phone number for someone with Flex that could add my debit card to my account since the App is not working and this website is useless. I DO NOT want a negative impact to my credit because Flex's App and Website are useless and no one in customer service really provides any service.
