We check the same basic qualifications for reactivation requests as we do for new accounts - a soft credit check (that does not affect your credit score) and your payment history with Flex. We’re unable to authorize a reactivation If your credit score is below 550, or if your account with us has been delinquent.

I am trying to re activate my account and i jave been sent through the loop multiple times, may i please speak to an actual person that can tell me what is going on with my flex account and how to get my account back activate.
