We check the same basic qualifications for resume membership requests as we do for new accounts - a soft credit check (that does not affect your credit score) and your payment history with Flex. We’re unable to approve a request to resume membership If your credit score is below 550, or if your account with us has been delinquent.
Keep in mind, Flex may choose not to provide the Services to you at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, your creditworthiness, your history of transactions on our site, the landlord’s account history, or any other reason.

This app SUCKS!!! You NEVER talk to a real person!
I am trying to re activate my account and i jave been sent through the loop multiple times, may i please speak to an actual person that can tell me what is going on with my flex account and how to get my account back activate.
