You have the flexibility to reschedule your 2nd payment through the Flex app after your rent payment is processed by Flex each month. When rescheduling, you can choose any day up to the last day of the current month. Please note that the rescheduled date only applies to the upcoming payment; the 2nd payment for the following month will revert to its original default date.
If you’d like to permanently set your 2nd payment to a specific date for future months, please reach out to support by submitting a request.
You can modify your payment schedule multiple times within the month. If Flex assistance is required, please advise us of this request at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled payment date. Failure to reach out within the required time frame may result in your account being charged as originally scheduled.
Here's a set of steps to guide you through rescheduling your payment:
- Open the Flex app and navigate to Settings > Payments schedule.
- Choose any day within the current month.

Note: Rescheduling payments directly through the Flex app is unavailable if your account is delinquent.
