Our technology requires that you have the funds for your first payment before we can pay your rent on the 1st. As long as you add those funds before the 5th, we can still pay your rent. Unfortunately, Flex won’t be able to pay your rent for any month where you don’t have the first payment funds available by 1pm on the 5th.
If this is the case, your account will be automatically paused and you won't be charged a membership fee.
