Our technology requires that you have the funds for your first payment before we can cover your rent on the 1st. As long as you add those funds before the 5th of the month, we can still cover your rent.
Unfortunately, Flex won’t be able to cover your rent for any month where you don’t have the first payment funds available by the 5th.
If this is the case, your account will be automatically deactivated and you won't be charged a membership fee.
