On Flex we can't make changes to your first payment of each month. Flex requires that you have the funds for that payment before we can cover your rent on the 1st. You do have until the 3rd of the month to have the funds and still have your rent paid!
If you won’t have the funds for that first payment before the 3rd, then unfortunately Flex won’t be able to cover your rent for that month.
If you don't have the funds by the 3rd, your account will be automatically deactivated and you won't be charged a membership fee, you will need to request to reactivate your account HERE to use Flex in the future.
