    I had the same problem as all of the above.  Figured out I had my rental portal set up with 2FA.  Turned that off and was able to lock into Flex with ease.  Then went back and turned my 2FA back on.

    I talked to someone from the team. they told me it was a server issue. Try to get in contact with someone at Flex to see if they can help.
