First, make sure you have set up a rent portal account before you sign up for Flex.
Some properties use smaller rent portals that are not yet integrated with Flex. If your rent portal is not currently supported, please send us a request to add it to Flex. You can reach out HERE. Please include the address and name of the property to be added.
Second, try to reset your password through your rent portal and try again.
If you are able to log into your rent portal directly with the credentials, and you are still receiving an error, please reach out to our support team for help.

I’m having trouble I need customer service
Getting stuck at the rent portal, it won't connect. Get search on the sign in. I reset my password already, I'm still getting the non connect

I keep getting an error message when I attempt to apply for rental assistance.

I had the same problem as all of the above. Figured out I had my rental portal set up with 2FA. Turned that off and was able to lock into Flex with ease. Then went back and turned my 2FA back on.
