When Does Flex Make Rent Payments Each Month?

Flex has a specific rent cycle window each month which starts from the final day of the ongoing month and continues through the first 5 days of the upcoming month. For instance, if your rent is due in October, Flex's rent cycle window covers November 30th to 5pm ET on December 5th. 

Please be aware that if by the cutoff time you do not have the necessary funds available for the required 1st payment and/or if there are unresolved service issues that Flex has communicated to you, you may not be able to use Flex to pay your rent that month.
