Flex has a specific rent cycle window each month which starts from the final day of the ongoing month and continues through the first 5 days of the upcoming month. For instance, if your rent is due in June, Flex's rent cycle window covers May 31st to 5pm ET on June 5th.
Please be aware that if by the cutoff time you do not have the necessary funds available for the required 1st payment and/or if there are unresolved service issues that Flex has communicated to you, you may not be able to use Flex to pay your rent that month. It’s important to remember that Flex can only begin the process to pay your rent once you have successfully made your 1st payment/ deposit payment. This means that you must be mindful of when your property begins charging late fees. For example, if your property begins issuing late fees on the 3rd of the month and you don’t complete your 1st payment until the 4th of the month, you will be responsible for covering late fees incurred.
