If you are on a fixed schedule, your first payment is scheduled for the first business day of the month, however, you have until the 3rd to have the funds. Flex will check daily to see if funds are available for the first payment, as soon as they are detected, Flex will cover your rent and process your first payment the next day.
Please note a couple of things:
1. If you receive late fees due to not having funds, Flex will not cover those fees.
2. When does your rent portal disable ACH payments? If ACH is disabled before Flex can cover rent, we will not be able to pay through another method such as check or credit/debit card.
