The scheduled payment amounts you see in the app are based on the monthly rent you entered when you set up your account. The app will show the estimated payment amounts until we have received this month's rent amount from your property.
At the end of each month (from the last day of the month until 3pm on the 5th), Flex gets your actual rent owed for the upcoming month. We then update your payments in the app to match the exact amount needed to pay your rent.
If there is a big difference between the rent amount you entered and the current bill, we’ll let you know. You may need to confirm that month’s rent amount in the app. This way, we make sure your payments are accurate.
