We respect your privacy, and you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from Flex. If you no longer want your data stored with us, you can submit a deletion request directly in the Flex app.
Before you can delete your Flex account, you’ll need to cancel your membership. This step is required because your membership must be inactive before we can process a deletion request.

How to Request Data Deletion
Once your membership is canceled, you can request data deletion in the Flex app:
- Open the Flex app
- Go to Settings > Privacy
- Tap the “Delete Data” button
- Follow the steps to confirm your request
Important Notes
- Your request can’t be processed if:
- Your Flex membership is still active
- You have an outstanding balance
- Your rent payment for the current month is already in progress
- When your request is processed:
- Your Flex account will be permanently closed
- Your credit line with Lead Bank will be terminated
- You will no longer be able to use Flex services
- You will not be able to reapply or access the Flex app in the future
These actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Flex may still be required to keep certain information for legal or financial recordkeeping purposes, even after your deletion request is completed.
