Why You’re Seeing a "$0 Rent Bill" Service Issue?
This service issue appears when Flex checks your rent bill for the month and finds that your rent is showing as $0.
There are a few possible reasons this can happen:
- Your property hasn’t posted the rent charges yet
- You may have moved or your unit was recently vacated
- There’s a billing system delay or update at your property
If Flex still sees a $0 balance by 5 PM ET on the 5th of the month, we won’t be able to submit your rent for that month.
How to Resolve it?
What you need to do depends on the type of connection Flex has with your property:
If You See an Option to Confirm Your Rent:
- Open the Flex app and go to the Home screen
- Tap Confirm Rent Amount in the yellow service issue banner
- Enter your rent amount and confirm the update
If You Don’t See a Confirmation Option:
You’ll need to contact your property manager and ask them to post your rent charges for the current month.
