Updating your account info makes sure you always have access to your Flex account and never miss important notifications. Plus, it helps keep your rent payments smooth and worry-free!

Here’s how to make an update to your phone number, email address, or base rent amount:

Updating Your Phone Number

It’s important to keep your phone number up to date so you can always log into your Flex app and keep your account secure.

Here’s how to update it:

1. Open the Flex app and go to Settings at the bottom of your screen.
2. Tap Account under General.
3. Click on your phone number and type in the new one. Tap Confirm.
4. Check your email for a message from Flex.
5. Click the link in the email (valid for 10 minutes).
6. Enter your new phone number in the app.
7. Confirm it with the code we send you.

You’ll get a confirmation message once your phone number has been successfully updated!

Updating Your Email Address

Confirming that your email address is current makes sure that you won’t miss any important updates, payment notifications, or helpful reminders in your inbox!

Here’s how to update it:

1. Go to Settings and tap Account.
2. Tap Change next to your email address.
3. Enter your new email and hit Confirm.
4. Check your email for a message from Flex.
5. Click the link in the email (valid for 10 minutes) and log into your account.

Updating Your Rent Amount

Keeping your monthly rent amount up to date helps Flex know exactly how much to pay the property linked to your Flex account each month, ensuring your payments go through without any issues.

To update your rent amount:

1. Go to Settings at the bottom of your Flex app.
2. Tap Rent and Payments under Rent.
3. Enter your new base rent amount in Estimated Rent.
4. Click Review Schedule.
5. Double-check your payment schedule.
6. Tap Confirm to save the changes.
