What Are Flex Funds?
Flex Funds is a feature in the Flex app that helps you set aside money for future payments. It makes budgeting easier by letting you save money when it’s convenient, so you’re ready when it’s time to make a Flex payment.
Please note that this feature only works with debit cards not credit cards.
How It Works
- Add money to your Flex Funds balance using a debit card.
- Flex will use your Flex Funds before charging your default payment method (like a debit or credit card).
- Withdraw from your Flex Funds balance at any time if your plans change.
Example: If your Flex payment is $1,000 and you have $500 in your Flex Funds balance, Flex will use the $500 from your balance first and charge the remaining $500 to your default payment method.
Currently, this feature is available to a select group of Flex customers, and we’re gradually expanding access over time!
Flex does not hold your money. Lead Bank manages all funds and banking services.
