What Causes the "$0 Rent Bill" Service Issue?
This service issue is triggered to ensure your rent is submitted correctly. If Flex checks your rent bill for the month and sees it posted as $0, we’ll reach out to understand the reason and suggest actions you can take. Sometimes, this happens simply because your property hasn’t posted the bill yet. In other cases, it could be because you’ve moved, and there is no rent due for the property linked in your Flex app.
How Do I Resolve the "$0 Rent Bill" Service Issue?
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Flex app and go to the Rent tab.
- Tap Confirm rent bill to open the service issue.
- You’ll see a question asking you to confirm why your rent bill is showing as $0.
Depending on your response and the connection we have with your property, you may be prompted to confirm your rent amount in the Flex app or contact your property manager to ask them to post the rent bill.
