When it's time for Flex to process your rent payment, you can easily monitor its status through the payment tracker feature on your Flex app's home screen. This feature enables you to track your rent as it progresses through Flex's rent payment process:

1. Get Ready: At this stage, Flex works to receive your rent bill from your property.
2. 1st Payment: This is the phase in which Flex processes your 1st payment.
3. Rent Payment: This is when Flex actually pays your rent 🎉
4. 2nd Payment: Lastly, Flex schedules your second payment.

In the event of a service issue that prevents your rent payment from being processed, Flex will notify you through the tracker until you take the necessary action to resolve the issue.
