Having trouble with the Flex app? Most issues—like loading errors, frozen screens, or buttons not working properly—can be fixed with a quick force close or update.
Try the steps below to get things back on track.
How do I fix the Flex app if it's not working for me?
- Fully close the app: Swipe up or use your phone’s app switcher to force close the Flex app. This helps clear out any temporary glitches that might be affecting performance
- Reopen the app: Once the app is fully closed, tap the icon to launch it again. Sometimes a simple restart is all it takes to fix the issue.
- Check for app updates: Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “Get Flex.” If there’s an update available, install it—updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements that resolve common problems.
