We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is never shared, and your payment information is secured with bank-level encryption. However, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, to the extent permitted by law.
To request data deletion, please visit the “Privacy” section of your Flex app and click on the "Delete data" button. Please note that this request cannot be processed if there is an outstanding balance on your account or if this month’s rent payment is already in progress.
Additionally, please be aware that certain information must be retained by Flex for financial recordkeeping or other regulatory requirements. Currently, requesting data deletion will also result in the cancellation of your Flex membership, closure of your account, and termination of your credit line with Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., or Lead Bank.
These actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
