Requirements:
- Paystubs must be recent (within 30 days).
- Paystubs must include:
- Your Name
- Employer Name
- Gross & Net Pay
- Pay Date
- Pay Period or Start/End Dates
- For alternative income sources (e.g., Social Security), upload the latest Social Security Benefit Determination Letter from 2024, showing the date, your name, and the income amount.
- Non-paystub documents (e.g., W2s, Offer Letters, Employment Verification Letters,, etc.) are not accepted.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Go to the email we sent you titled "You’re invited to re-apply for Flexible Rent".
- Click "Verify Income" and select the option to upload your paystubs.
- Follow the prompts to upload the required documents.
- Ensure that all required information is visible and clear in the uploaded documents.
What Happens Next? After uploading your paystubs, Flex will review the documents. You will be notified via email within five business days about the outcome.
