You can pay a custom or partial amount of your 2nd payment directly in the Flex app.
You’ll have the option to split your balance into either two or three separate payments, with each payment requiring a minimum amount of $150, except for the last payment, which covers the remaining balance.
Here are a few examples showing how you can split your repayments:

To make a partial payment in the app:
- Access your app’s home screen and click the ‘Make payment’ button.
- Toggle to "Custom amount" and enter the amount you’d like to pay (min $150).
- Review the payment details and click ‘Make payment’ to process.
If your payment goes through, you'll get an email confirming the payment amount, any balance left to pay, and the dates for any upcoming payments. If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try it again on the scheduled date.
