What are Flex Funds?
The Flex Funds feature in the Flex app allows you to set aside money for future Flex payments. When it's time to pay, the funds you’ve allocated will be applied first, before charging your default payment method. For instance, if your payment is $1000 and you have $500 in your Flex Funds balance, $500 will be deducted from your Flex Funds balance and the remaining $500 will be charged to your default payment method.
You can manage your Flex Funds balance by adding or withdrawing money using the Flex app. You're permitted up to 5 transfers in and 3 withdrawals out every 30 days for added flexibility and control.
Please note that Flex does not hold or store any customer funds. All funds are held by Lead Bank. All banking services are provided by Lead Bank.
Currently, this feature is available to a select group of Flex customers. However, it will soon be accessible to all Flex customers!
