Starting on 10/31, your Flex loan account was assigned by Blue Ridge Bank, National Association to Lead Bank.
Does this impact how I use Flex?
Rest assured, your experience using Flex will remain unchanged. Your rent will continue to be paid and split as usual, and there won't be any modifications to fees or charges. Partnering with Lead Bank will simply help us continually improve your rent payment experience.
Do I need to do anything?
No additional action is needed on your part.
How can I choose to opt out?
If you prefer not to accept this change, you may cancel your Flex membership at any time through Membership settings in your app. To ensure your next rent payment is not processed through Flex, please cancel at least 2 days before the end of the month.
