Paused Service: What Happens to My Account When It's Paused?

When you pause Flex's services:

1. Flex will not pay your rent bill and you will be responsible for paying rent yourself directly to your property
2. Your Flex Credit Line offered by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., or Lead Bank will remain open and will continue to be reported as an open line of credit to TransUnion.
3. Your monthly membership fee of $14.99 will continue to be charged.
