Once you successfully complete the sign-up process, you will be able access your account via the Flex app. We will also send you a friendly welcome email which contains helpful tips to get you started.
If you are repeatedly prompted to sign up when opening the Flex app and haven't received the welcome email, it might indicate that the sign-up process was not fully completed. Make sure to go through all the sign-up steps to ensure successful onboarding.
