Where to sign up

To sign up, you have two convenient options. You can sign up through your browser or through the Flex app.

• To sign up through your browser, visit our sign-up page and follow the instructions provided.
• To sign up through the Flex app, download the Flex app from Google Play or the App Store, then follow the app's instructions to complete the sign-up process.

When to sign up

If you successfully sign up and activate your Flex account before 5pm ET on the 4th of any given month, Flex will begin paying your rent for that same month. However, enrolling after the 4th means that Flex will start paying your rent in the following month.

For instance, if you sign up before 5pm ET on July 4th, Flex will start paying your rent in July. Yet, signing up after 5pm on July 4th or later means Flex will start submitting your rent payments in August.

Confirm a complete sign-up

Once you successfully complete the sign-up process, you will be able access your account via the Flex app. We will also send you a friendly welcome email which contains helpful tips to get you started.

If you are repeatedly prompted to sign up when opening the Flex app and haven't received the welcome email, it might indicate that the sign-up process was not fully completed. Make sure to go through all the sign-up steps to ensure successful onboarding.
