Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information is essential to ensure you can always access your account, receive timely notifications, and have a seamless rent payment process.
Information You Can Update:
Email Address: Maintain an updated email address to receive important account-related emails from Flex. To update your email:
- Navigate to Settings > Account > Click “Change”
- Enter your new email address.
Monthly Rent: Your monthly rent amount helps Flex anticipate how much rent is due each month and ensures a smooth rent payment experience. If your monthly rent amount permanently changes, update it through the Flex app. To make this update, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Property > Monthly Rent - Change
- Enter your new monthly rent
- Click ‘Review schedule’
- Review your payment schedule
- Click 'Confirm' to apply the changes
Phone Number: Keeping your phone number up to date is essential for logging into your Flex account via the Flex app.
To update your phone number, submit a ticket to have your request completed by our support team. In your ticket, provide the following details:
- The phone number currently associated with your Flex account.
- The new phone number you wish to use.
Important Note: Please allow 24-48 hours for our support team to fulfill your update phone number request. Avoid creating a new account, as it may lead to additional account issues.
