If the worst happens and a resident is unable to pay us back, we handle all write offs internally, and never pass this expense back to a property. It’s important to remember that not keeping a commitment with Flex will negatively affect a resident’s credit score. Flex reports your payment history to TransUnion and late or missed payments may have an adverse impact.
If a resident is part of a payment plan, once the payment plan has been completed, they will be once again eligible to use Flex.
