Flex rent payment services are offered for a monthly membership fee of $14.99, which gives residents access to a Flex line of credit from Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., or Lead Bank at 0% APR.
All payments made through Flex also include a bill payment fee, which enables us to continuously improve our product and service.
- When using a debit card, a 1% fee will be applied for bill payment with no additional fee for card processing.
- When using a credit card, a total 3.5% fee will be applied for bill payment and card processing. Learn more about how bill payment and card processing fees are calculated HERE.
