To resume or unpause Flex's service, simply submit a request directly in your Flex app. To submit the resume service request, open the Flex app and go to Settings > Account > Membership > Resume service, or click here.
To ensure your service with Flex is resumed for the upcoming or current rent cycle, you should complete your request before 5 pm ET on the 3rd of the month. We make every effort to accommodate all users who submit resume requests on the 3rd, but there may be situations where it's too late to be included if the request is submitted after 5 pm ET.
For example, if you intend to resume Flex's services for the December rent cycle, make sure to submit your request before 5 pm ET on December 3rd to use Flex for December rent. If the request is submitted after 5 pm ET on December 3rd, your Flex membership would start again in the January rent cycle if approved.
The images below illustrate the location of the resume button in the Flex app and the confirmation message upon successful resumption of service. After a successful resume, you will also be notified by email. If the resume is unsuccessful, you will receive an email containing a letter of adverse action with a reason explaining why.
