To resume Flex's service, simply submit a request directly in your Flex app. To submit the resume service request, open the Flex app and go to Settings > Account > Membership > Resume service, or click here.
To ensure Flex begins paying your rent for the upcoming month, please submit your resume request by the 3rd of that month at the latest. For instance, if you wish to resume Flex's services for the September rent cycle, make sure to submit your request no later than September 3rd. Any requests that are submitted after the monthly cut-off will resume your membership for the following rent payment cycle if approved.
The images below illustrate the location of the resume button in the Flex app and the confirmation message upon successful resumption of service. After a successful resume, you will also be notified by email. If the resume is unsuccessful, you will receive an email containing a letter of adverse action with a reason explaining why.
