Your 1st payment will be processed automatically right before rent is paid and is required before Flex can proceed with submitting your rent payment. We’ll attempt your 1st payment up to six times until successful or until the 3pm ET cut-off on the 5th. After six attempts, automatic retries stop, and you must manually complete the payment in the Flex app by the rent payment cutoff at 3pm ET on the 5th.
In case the 1st payment attempts by Flex are unsuccessful, a service issue will be generated and you’ll have two options:
- You can manually retry the payment in the Flex app.
- You can wait for Flex to automatically make their next payment attempt.
