If you've missed a payment within the same month it was due, you can still utilize Flex, provided you make that missed payment and ensure no outstanding balance remains by the month's end. It's essential to ensure that you pay the full amount you owe each month before 11:59 PM EST on the final day of the month. Failure to do so will result in the inability to access the line of credit for next month's rent payment.

If you've missed a payment within the current month, you have two options:

1. Retry Payment: You can wait for Flex to make another attempt at processing the missed payment.
2. Reschedule Payment: You can choose to reschedule the missed payment to another eligible date within the month and wait for it to be processed on the newly scheduled date.
