It's essential to pay the entire amount owed each month; failure to do so will result in the inability to access the Flex line of credit for next month's rent payment.
If you've missed a payment within the current month, you have two options:
- Retry Payment: You can wait for Flex to make another attempt at processing the missed payment.
- Reschedule Payment: You can choose to reschedule the missed payment to another eligible date within the month and wait for it to be processed on the newly scheduled date.
Please note that your payment history with Flex is reported to TransUnion. It's important to be aware that any delays or missed payments could potentially have a negative impact on your credit score.
