If your account was paused or if it was active but Flex was unable to pay your rent due to an issue unrelated to Flex, you will be charged a membership fee for that month.
However, if Flex couldn't pay your rent due to a Flex-related issue, or if your account is suspended or canceled, you should receive a credit for the same amount as your fee. If the membership fee hasn't been automatically reversed in such a case, you can request a credit by contacting us HERE.
Please note that you may not qualify for a refund if Flex couldn't pay your rent because:
- You couldn't make the 1st payment for the month due to an invalid payment method or insufficient funds.
- You owe money to Flex from a previous month.
- You didn't resolve a service issue.
