Flex didn’t pay my rent this month, will I still be charged the membership fee?

No! If Flex was unable to pay your rent this month your account will be automatically deactivated and you will not be charged a membership fee.
If you rent wasn't paid by Flex, due to an outstanding Flex balance or missed Flex payment from the past month, you will still be charged a membership fee until you have paid your remaining balance.
Please submit a request HERE asking to reactivate your account. This must be done prior to the 1st of the month you want Flex to start covering your rent again.
