How to turn off rent autopay

To turn off rent autopay simply update your rent autopay settings in the Flex app. To do so:

1. Open the Flex app.
2. Go to Settings > Rent autopay.
3. Toggle off rent autopay.
4. Once done, the app will promptly notify you that rent autopay has been successfully turned off.

Important Note: To avoid automatic rent payments, turn off autopay at least 2 days before the end of the month.

What happens when you turn off rent autopay?

• Even if you turn off autopay, any balance you owe to Flex will still be processed as usual. Disabling autopay does not cancel or stop the payment of your outstanding balance with Flex.
• Flex will not automatically pay your rent bill. To use Flex that month, submit your 1st payment through the app by 3pm ET on the 5th. Otherwise, you'll need to pay rent directly to your property.
• Your Flex Credit Line offered by Lead Bank will remain open and reported to TransUnion.
• The monthly membership fee of $14.99 will still be charged.
