Pausing Flex Services: A Step-By-Step Guide

You can pause Flex services directly in the Flex app by following these simple steps:

1. Open the Flex app and go to Settings > Account > Membership > Pause service, or you can click here to directly access the pause service feature.
2. Follow the onscreen prompts to confirm that you'd like to pause service.
3. Once confirmed, the app will promptly notify you that Flex’s service has been successfully paused.

Important Notes:

• To avoid automatic rent payments, pause service at least 2 days before the end of the month
• While paused, your monthly membership fee of $14.99 will continue to be charged.
