Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes! As long as you have completed your payments for the month or haven't had your rent paid, you can cancel.
- Deactivation requests will be completed if submitted prior to the last day of the calendar month at 5pm EST. If submitted on the last day or after, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
- When you are ready to cancel your account, you can hit the Cancel button in your Flex app or reach out to email@example.com.
