In order to cancel your Flex account, simply use the CANCEL button within the Flex app. You can also reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deactivation requests will be completed if submitted prior to the last day of the calendar month at 5pm EST. If submitted on the last day or after, we may not be able to accommodate your request for that month.
For your information, you’ll need to settle all outstanding installments before your account can be closed. This includes any of the current month’s installments that have yet to be paid.
