Q: How do I request to pause my account?
A: Open the Flex app, and go to Settings > Account > Membership > Pause membership > Confirm pause. From there, the app will confirm your paused account status.
Please note that all pause requests must be received at least 5 days before your next rent bill is due to ensure that rent payment is not processed.
Q: What happens to my account during the paused state?
A: Flex will not charge a membership fee or pay your rent bill directly to your property. If you have any outstanding payments to Flex, those will continue to be collected.
Q: How do I request to resume my account?
A: Open the Flex app, and go to Settings > Account > Membership > Resume membership > Request resume. You will be notified immediately of the request outcome, which will inform you as to if Flex was able to resume your membership or not.
Please note that any resume requests must be received submitted by 5PM EST on the last calendar day of the month.
