How do I relink my property?
- Log in to the Flex app and click on "View details" from your home screen to access the service issue.
- Input your address and select your property from the options.
- Proceed through the necessary steps to re-link your property to Flex. Depending on your property, you may need to provide your unit details or enter a username and password.
What steps should I take if I’m renewing my lease and my rent amount has changed?
If you are renewing your lease and need to update your monthly rent amount, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Property > Monthly Rent - Change.
- Enter your new monthly rent.
- Click 'Review schedule'.
- Review your updated payment schedule.
- Click 'Confirm' to apply the changes.
What if I’m moving to a different location?
When you move to a new property, it's easy to transfer your Flex account to your new address. Simply update your property details in the Flex app. You can access this feature by navigating to Settings > Property > Link new property, or by going to our re-link property page.
Keep in mind that you should hold off on linking your new property until you are ready for Flex to submit your next rent payment(s) to that property.
What if I can’t find my new property in the Flex app?
If you are unable to find your new property in the Flex app, you can still use Flex! Follow these steps to update your account even if you’re property isn’t listed:
- Use this link to update your property details.
- Enter your address.
- If you can't find your property, click on "My property isn’t listed."
How can I turn off autopay or cancel my Flex account?
To turn off rent autopay simply update your rent autopay settings in the Flex app. If you would like to cancel your account, you can do so directly in the Membership settings of your Flex app. Click to learn more about turning off autopay and cancelling your membership.
