Transferring Your Flex Account to a New Property

When you move to a new property, it's easy to transfer your Flex account to your new address. Simply update your property details in the Flex app using the "Update Property Details" feature. You can access this feature by navigating to Settings > Property Details > Re-link Property.

While Flex works with numerous properties, some might not be in our app's database yet. If you can't find your new property using the "Update Property Details" feature, don't worry. Reach out to us here, and we'll gladly review your request. Our team will inform you if Flex is available for your new property.

To ensure we can review your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information in your request:

• Property full address
• Property website URL
• Expected new base rent amount
