Flex permits you to split your monthly rent into multiple payments, but you must schedule these payments for the same month.
If you use Flex for at least two months and have made all payments on time, you may also request a one-time reschedule of a payment into the next month. Contact us to submit a request, please include the date you wish to reschedule the payment, no later than midnight three business days before your current payment is due. Please note, though, FLEX DOES NOT EXTEND CREDIT FOR RENT PAYMENTS WHEN A USER HAS AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE. Accordingly, you must make other arrangements to pay your rent for the following month.
Payments to Flex on subsequent months will revert back to the schedule you selected at sign-up. You may only use this reschedule feature once per twelve (12) months of active use and payment for Flex services.
