Eligible Flex members who have had their rent paid in a given month are able to proactively pay off their balance up until the date of their scheduled payment. If you have an outstanding balance, you should have access to the “Make payment” button on the Flex app home screen under “Schedule”.
When you decide to “Make payment” in-app, you should be aware of the following:
- You are agreeing to pay off the total full balance on your account.
- If you decide to make the payment now, you are moving forward the scheduled charge communicated during the bill payment cycle.
- Repaying Flex now is a one-time feature and will not impact any future auto-pay instances.
Once payment is successful, the balance will be $0, and the “Pay” button will be disabled until the next time you use Flex to pay your rent.
If your payment fails, the originally scheduled balance will remain and will be executed as originally scheduled.
